1. Make sure you are using the correct email address that is associated with your REIQ account. If not, please click the Switch Accounts button to change to the correct email address.
2. If you would prefer the leads to go to a different email address, you can request for a change in email address by simply contacting customer service through:

Please include the name, phone number, and email address associated with the account for verification purposes. Changes will take place within 24/48 hours upon receipt of request. Only one email address per account is allowed; if you would like the leads to go to a second email address, contact customer service about setting up a partner account.
2. Check if your payment is updated. You may validate this by contacting email@example.com.
