The leads you get in the morning around 10 a.m. are the same lists for Pre-foreclosure, Appointment of Substitute Trustee, Evictions, Liens, Probate & Heirship, Divorce, and Tax Sale that come in the afternoon, except the skip tracing information is added to the columns to the right.  

The list that you receive at 1 pm has the same lists without the skip tracing, but also includes the lists for the  Code Violations, Delinquent Taxes, Loan Modifications and Water Shutoff (where available).
