We value your business and want you to be happy with your service! If for some reason you are not, or you wish to change your service, you can do that in one of two ways:
1) At the top of this customer service page, click on + Submit a Helpdesk Ticket and fill out the form.
2) Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Make sure you inform us no later than noon on the business day before your billing date or you may get charged a $15 administrative fee to process a refund.
If you are canceling, we would appreciate it if you would let us know the reason so we can improve our services.
