5. Should I run comps on another system like Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, or any other systems?

We recommend that you use any system that connects directly to your local MLS, and has direct access to the sold data. This is very important for producing accurate comps. Our system updates with MLS hourly, so any newly sold comps will show up right away.
Of course, we would prefer you to use our FastCMA system to run comps, because it's 95% automation, and 5% human. It will save you a lot of time.
