The automated email reports are programmed to send an active deal to you as soon as possible.

The status of a deal sent in your email will always stay the same.  Although it was active at the time it was emailed to you, it might have been put under contract, or even removed shortly after that time. Therefore, you might see discrepancies in status between the automated email and the MLS.

The status on the portal and the MLS will always be the same. When you receive an automated email you like, we recommend that you check the CMA and look at the deal on the portal, since it will always reflect the most current status on the MLS.
